REPLACEMENT:
In the unlikely event of damages during shipping, paintings which are having a quality issue, or in the occasion of wrong item delivered, customer is eligible for a free replacement. The customer shall inform CFAC about the damaged artwork, quality issue, or wrong artwork within 48 hours of delivery along with the photos of artwork showing the issue as proof. CFAC will not be liable to replace the artwork or refund the money if CFAC is informed after the completion of 48 hours from the time of delivery.
RETURNS:
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the Artwork, we will accept the return and make a refund to you.
Original Artwork: Two (2) calendar days from the date of delivery.
Return requests received outside the stated return period(s) will not be accepted.
Return shipments must be arranged by the Customer and shipped in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates received with the order).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment once the artist receives the artwork.
All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in INR.
PLEASE NOTE:
Returns apply only to certain items. Custom Photo frame items (where customer uploads his/her own picture and we print, frame as per order) and framed original artworks are not eligible for returns. Unframed original artworks can be returned.
Special Collection, Limited Edition, framed/matted Open Edition artwork, and eGift Cards are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.
Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any capacity after purchase.
