In this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), we describe the information that we collect about you when you use and access www.art-gallery.cfac.in (the “Website”); the “CONTEMPORARY FOUNDATION FOR ART & CRAFT (CFAC)” technology platform accessible through desktops, mobile phones, smart phones and tablets (the “Application”) where Users can access the Website and/or Application and the Services as may be introduced by the society from time to time and how we use and disclose that information. The Society is the owner of the Website and/or Application.

The Company reserves the right to delete or add new services at any time, and to charge a fee for doing so.

8. ACCOUNT DELETION

If you ever wish to deactivate your Account, you may do so by going to your account settings page and hitting the “destroy account” option, or just removing the Application. Your profile, including your check-in history and any promotional offers you received, will be removed from the Website/Application and erased from our systems if you cancel your Account. Due to the manner we manage our Website and/or Application, such deletion may take some time, and residual copies of your personal information or postings may exist on backup media for up to ninety (90) days or as required by law.

Even after you delete information from your Account or profile, copies of that information may still be visible elsewhere if it has been shared with others, was disseminated in another way according to your privacy choices, or was copied or saved by other users. Information that has been removed or deleted from our servers may stay on backup media for up to ninety (90) days before being purged from our systems.
